Form Processing Seems to be the big mystery. I am looking for a Form Processing Script or software that will process forms. Does Dreamhost offer anything other than 'FormMail"

What is form processing

Here is the simple task that I want done

I would like a Form Building Software or Script that:
• Handles Multi Part forms
• Sends a confirmation email to the user after they hit the submit button.
• Will send the input info to ANY email address. (Not just one hosted on Dreamhost)

FormMail seems to not handle these things. SendMail claims to do so yet I cannot find ANY information on how to code my form to use with Sendmail. What little information I do find about SendMail is in an alien language to me and appears to be directing me to become a programmer in order to Install, configure and use. I chose to become graphic designer who is fluent in HTML, CSS and Dreamweaver. rather than become a hard core programmer.

These Form Process features are used everywhere today and I just cannot find the user friendly way to get the job done. If anyone has any insight please let me know.
